Zaccardelli

Originally from Isola del Liri in the Lazio region, Antonio Zaccardelli moved to Scotland and began manufacturing ice cream cones and wafers, becoming well known within the Waverly Biscuit Factory; he then formed a partnership with another Italian, Sabatino Cervi.
